 A Client Success Lead is responsible for ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and growth of a company's client base. Their primary focus is on building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and helping them derive maximum value from the products or services offered. 

Schedule: Graveyard 

Salary in PHP: PHP 40,000 Base pay + PHP13,333.33 KPI Bonus = PHP 53,333.33 Monthly

 
Requirements:

  • 2-4 years experience in a client-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for customer relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Must have their laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:
    • Processor:
      • Core i5 or higher
      • RAM - 8GB or higher
    • Bandwidth Requirements Minimum:
      • Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps 
      • Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps
  • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background 
 

Responsibilities:
 

1. Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and challenges.

2. Customer Success Strategy:

Develop and execute a customer success strategy aligned with the company's objectives.

Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on customer success initiatives.

3. Account Implementation:

Facilitate smooth account implementation for new clients, ensuring they understand the service features and functionalities.

Provide guidance for clients to maximize the value they receive from the service.

4. Customer Support:

Coordinate with the clients to address issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

Advocate for clients' needs internally, ensuring that their feedback is heard and acted upon to improve the service.

5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction scores, retention rates, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Generate regular reports on client success metrics and present findings to internal stakeholders.

6. Client Advocacy:

Serve as a client advocate within the organization, championing their interests and ensuring their voice is heard in decision-making processes.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive customer loyalty.

7. Continuous Improvement:

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities related to client success.

Continuously seek feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
